Surprisingly, a large number of locals and tourists thronged the medium-sized venue. The long queue seemed ceaseless! The festival was officiated by YB Tuan P. Kamalanathan, Deputy Minister of Education and Higher Learning and commenced with a special prayer to bless the celebration.
Running, dancing, laughing, singing and throwing coloured powders to each other were the main highlights. Everyone bonded and enjoyed the colourful scenes as cool, on going live music and energetic performances were set on the stage throughout the day.
Food and beverage was not a problem at all as a few Indian F&B vendors operating in the area and readily took care of everyone's hunger. All in all, the Holi Festival Malaysia 2015 was truly a big success and hopefully Malaysia will get to see more of celebration in years ahead.
